The award aims to recognise the employee who goes above and beyond for their company, not only giving 100% when undertaking their role but has a “can do” attitude to their work and colleagues. UK Composites seek to recognise the effort being made by individuals, towards the development of their role, and specifically those who undertake any challenges with a smile.

GRP added that her attitude to work is second to none, and she always goes the extra mile to get the job done; initiative taking and looking at the big picture is at the heart of everything she does. Her achievements go beyond her day job and GRP Solutions strongly endorses her being shortlisted for the 2018 Employee of the Year Award.
