Developed with the users’ working environment in mind, and particularly in helping reduce airborne dust at point of application, the 1hp, 76mm diameter Straight-Line Extended Cut-Off tool enables trimming as close as 4mm using its shroud cover as a guide with a 14mm depth of cut. And by using its 25mm vacuum shroud port, airborne dust and debris is diverted to the external vacuum source. This tool is said to be ideal for edge cleaning after the removal of components from their moulds. Dynabrade has also enhanced its Vacuum Tool Range with the launch of its 1.3hp 127mm diameter Vacuum Cut-Off Tool, which offers a depth of cut of 30mm using a 127mm diameter diamond wheel. Its adjustable wheel guard has a 32mm outside diameter Vacuum Port for effective capture of airborne dust and debris to an optional vacuum source.
