Composites Evolution are exhibiting for the first time at the MIA Energy-Efficient Motorsport Conference (EEMS), taking place at the NEC, Birmingham on the 8th January 2020.

This event will gather over 200 leading figures from industry and government organisations spanning motorsport, high-performance engineering, automotive and other adjacent sectors to discuss current and future technology development and explore opportunities for business growth.

Composites Evolution will be showcasing its flax prepreg developments, including the GT rear wing component from KW Special Projects - who have applied their expertise in component manufacturing to produce a half flax-epoxy, half carbon-epoxy GT rear wing.

Technical experts will also be on hand to discuss the company’s range of component and tooling materials, including the latest developments in long out-life, low-temperature cure tooling prepregs.

Mike Harrison, Composites Evolution’s sales manager, commented: “No other prepreg supplier has the depth of flax knowledge that resides within Composites Evolution. In addition, we are developing exciting new tooling and component prepreg systems to complement our existing range. This technical expertise, combined with our commitment to forging lasting, collaborative relationships with our clients, means we are ideally placed to support the demands of motorsport customers.”
