Tygavac has announced its innovations on show at the upcoming Advanced Engineering show, held at the NEC Birmingham from 3-4 November 2021.
Tygavac (stand R90), a division of Airtech Advanced Materials Group will showcase Dahltram, Tooling Resins for additive manufactured tooling, Print-Tech 3D Printed Tooling hardware, Heat-Tech heating solution for composite curing, Combo-Tech multi-functions materials for efficient resin infusions, plus Engineered Kitting Solutions for rate production composite manufacturing.
Print-Tech 3D printed composite tooling compresses lead times from weeks to days for autoclave capable moulds, master-models, jigs and fixtures, for composite manufacture.
Airtech prints tooling on its LSAM 12m x 3m printers and will be showing motorsport moulds for carbon fibre bodywork production. The company supplies Dahltram AM Tooling Resin Pellets, compatible and approved on multiple 3D Print platforms worldwide. Dahltram on show at the event will cover the full range of tooling applications for composite manufacturing.
Heat-Tech heating solutions for composite curing on show will be Heat-Tech Z1. The ultra-portable heating blanket with Wi-Fi controller power supply for workshop and in-field heat application for manufacture and repair.
Combo-Tech laminated vacuum bagging materials on show will include FlowPeel Pro. This multi-layer self-adhesive infusion product combines Peel Ply, Release film, Infusion Mesh in a single product for simplified, faster, consistent infusion setups.
Engineered Kitting Solutions on show will highlight the benefits of kitted materials to reduce touch labour, improve repeatability and reduce cost in a high volume complex composite part manufacturing environment.
