Spain’s MATCOMP show gets ready for June outing

MATCOMP, promoted by the Spanish Association of Composite Materials (AEMAC) is an event dedicated to high performance and composite materials in Spain.

This venue gathers professionals from companies, universities and research centres which start or develop their activity in the composites industry.

The XV edition organised jointly by AEMAC, the University of Oviedo, The Carbon Science and Technology Institute (INCAR), a centre of the Spanish Council for Scientific Research (CSIC) and Olmar Autoclaves is being held from June 13-15, in Gijón, Asturias.

Guests attending MATCOMP23 are encouraged to participate at the congress and forward submissions of their presentations for any of the sessions according to the topic of preference: 1. Characterisation; 2. Manufacturing and Industrial applications; 3. Materials and structures; 4. Sustainability and recycling; 5. Numerical models; 6. Fracture, fatigue and failure and damage; 7. Repair and joining technologies.
