A division of AAG in Telford, waterjet cutting specialist company WARDJet has partnered with Zotefoams, a global leader in cellular material technology, to promote the benefits of water-only cutting via a series of free webinars.

>

These are scheduled for September 24, October 1 and 6 at 4.00pm BST and will feature respectively the J-Series and X-Series of WARDJet waterjet cutting machines processing various closed-cell polyolefin foams for a wide range of industries using water-only cutting technology.

Part 1 of the webinars will demonstrate the special workflow capabilities of the J-Series of machines that enable faster material processing via a continuous feed and offload system without any interruption of the production cycle.

Part 2 will focus on the X-Series of machines and in particular the over/under shutter table that allows a single machine operator to load/unload material. It will also highlight the smaller footprint of the X-Series that facilitates installation in workplace settings where space might be at a premium. Both the J-Series and X-Series radically reduce production costs whilst increasing cutting speed and consequent volume of output.

Major attributes of both machines include various materials handling options, the ability to change cutting geometries without inflating cost, the availability of the latest 5-axiz cutting head to further enhance machine performance, more efficient processing of small parts and components via multi-head machine configurations and high acceleration/deceleration values common to all WARDJet machines.

The seminars will feature interactive Q&A sessions involving technical experts from both WARDJet and Zotefoams.
