The Materia range of 5-axis machining centres offer high speed processing of thermoformed plastics, composites and aluminium. The 5-axis head offers the ability to machine complex shapes and can be configured with continuous rotation. In addition, control systems from OSAI, Siemens and Heidenhain are available.
Terma thermoformers, are ideally suited for truck, bus and aerospace applications. They can process a wide range of sheet thicknesses and finishes of plastic materials and utilise a combination of mould and vacuum to provide perfect finishing and cutting accuracy.
